Rudi won't sleep cuddled up with me, although he sometimes lies at the foot of the bed for a while once the light goes out. He prefers his other beds in the house. But if he's gone out and it's been raining, he'll wake me up, sopping wet, for me to dry him with his own personal towel.

I sometimes wonder if he's playing me ...
