Assuming I had lots more time and money, I'd really like a big sailboat, large enough to sleep in comfortably. I love water and boats, and the silence of sailboats on the water enchants me.

I assume this is referring to a real thing that one could own if there was enough money, as opposed to a thing that just plain doesn't exist anymore? In which case, I would like to own a beach house.
