I still have a cough from the flu I had in January, which left me with post-nasal drip. This is nothing really to do with the nose - it's where mucus runs down the back of the throat, leaving me feeling that I need to clear my throat all the time. But if I clear my throat too much, it makes my chest hurt and then I start convincing myself I have the coronavirus cough. I think I must have had this post-nasal drip in a mild form all my life, as I never, ever need to blow my nose. Taking a one-a-day anti-histamine has helped over the last couple of days though.
Post-nasal drip messes up my sleep every fall and spring. Hugs to all. When something like this is happening it is hard to find the point between over and under reacting.
Wow. 15 minuets of sitting quietly and watching a cat eat and watching and listening to the jays, robins, cardinals, and finches do their thing was a real boost.
Also. Can someone do a welfare check on Bob Dylan? What is that about?
I have read about that OR and in addition it seems normal varies by .7 or as musch as 1.2 degrees F. So I guess watch out for fever but don't get to worried if you're a bit over.
