Woke up this morning thinking 'shit, I have a fever' turns out [More:] I was just sweating a lot because I had a cat bellied up to my thigh and another one pressed up against the small of my back.

Ha! That reminds me of when I got my first two cats, in 1985. They were 8-week-old kittens and I woke in the night sweating, with a headache and thought "Oh no! I'm allergic to them!" But it turned out it was just because they were both sleeping on my head.

Oh yes. Thos is my everynight...multiple fuzzy heating pads causing hot flashes. Rarely do I get a full night's sleep.

And my virus symptoms are all seasonal sllergies... sore throat that goes away overnight. The constant concern syndrome...

Oh that's good, you had me on edge.

What's making my pandemic panic extra fun? Perimenopause! Every few hours I get to play "Hot Flash? Or COVID?"

Ha! I hope it's not too bad Miko. My wife went through early Perimenopause and Menopause and then finally it was over. And then after about a year it started all over again. Not sure of the mechanics of that but she was not happy about it.
