Ouch, mightshould! Did you get a tetanus shot too?

Today my slip-on Skechers that I've worn all summer without a problem (in fact in great comfort) turned on me and tried to kill me. I walked about 3 miles today to and from the station, plus a fair bit of walking around the office, and didn't feel a thing. I just thought my shoes were a bit snug across the front as it's been so hot. Then after I took them off I saw this ... (warning, it's perhaps not for the squeamish).

Me: I posted something bitchy about my town's FB group on Twitter and apparently someone in the FB group either follows me already or found it by googling me, and draaaaaaaaaama, lol.

Somehow managed to get three scratches on my belly from my costume at the performance on Saturday. They've got a week and change to heal before the next performance.

While walking in the woods I stepped on a stick in just the right way for it to leap up and jab me in the ankle. Nice scar!

Weird cuts on my hands, apparently from unknown self injuries while riding my bike on daily commute. What is tedious is that I heal about twice as slowly these days as when I was young and frisky.

Day 2 of Blisters: The Footening.

Ugh, no way am I bursting it.

Yikes! That's a nasty set of blisters. What in the world can you wear that doesn't hurt until it heals???

Somehow, at some unknown time in the past few months, I did something in my right shoulder. I tend to sleep on my right side with my right arm stretched out. Now, though, as I move into that position, there will sometimes be a fairly painful "catch" that stops me from moving into position. The weird part is that I can feel...something...kind of move around as I re-position myself slightly so I can painlessly get into position.

There's also something going on in my neck where I will sometimes get a tingling sensation going down my right arm. Moving my head slightly to the left makes it mostly go away.

Getting old sucks.
